The website is still under construction, but we wanted to share it already. In the past year we have been so incredibly busy moving, renovating and working that we have not yet managed to make everything to our liking.

Introducing! We are Robert & Shanna and have been living in Ibiza since 2020. With our dogs Bodhi and Buddha we live somewhere on a beautiful mountain. In 2020 we started a restaurant here in Ibiza, called Hidden Ibiza. Unfortunately, our restaurant burned down in early 2021 and we are currently still building our beloved place. (Read the story of the fire here) We have been through a lot together in a short time and have learned a lot. Because of the major setback, we actually have an even more positive outlook on life and we have even more confidence in each other and in the future. You can start over every day!
Bodhi & BuddhaBodhi and Buddha are our dogs and they have been with us since January 2021. With 8 weeks they came by boat from Denia to Ibiza. They were found in the garbage when they were only 2 days old with two other brothers. The plan was 1 puppy, but when no family was found for one, we decided to get them both. It is a bit busier in the house because of this, but seeing them play together is the best thing there is! They are inseparable and we love to go hiking, swimming and paddle boarding with them. Atlantis hike
"Nothing worth having comes easy" and that certainly applies to this unique spot in Ibiza. Much of the magic of Atlantis is due to the special rock formations that were created by the hand of man. The walls of the old town, Dalt Vila, are built of it.

I was thirty and had everything well organized. A nice house in the center of Amsterdam, a good job in the events industry, a close family relationship and nice friends around me. I was always 'Life of the party', in for fun, a drink, a dance and a new adventure. I had a good time in Amsterdam, but my 'vocation' started to gnaw at me. read more
El FuegoOn January 5, 2021, the night before Robert's birthday, we experienced our worst nightmare. I was on my way to the airport to pick up Robert and was chatting with my mom on the phone. When Robert called for the second time in between, I answered and would call my mother back later. "Honey, there's a fire, can you go back?" Robert told me. I immediately panicked. A fire? How is that possible? I immediately turned the car around, it was dark and rainy and I drove the old beetle. Read more.
