Bienvenido

The name 'Our little Place of Happiness' has a special origin for us. From our first meeting we didn't let go of each other. We actually lived together from day 1 and that on only 45 square meters! Robert already lived in this 'studio'. The basic needs for a house were there, but it was not really decorated and far from finished. Every week we went to the second hand market and shops and we enjoyed making the studio more cozy together. We were happy with the little things; the handmade table, the wood we found somewhere in the mountains, the bamboo cupboard that we bought on the market for a nice price.

In the first weeks of being together it quickly became clear that we have the same vision on life and that we think, feel and want to live in the same way. We both love our family and friends in the Netherlands and wanted to share our adventures with them. We thought it would be nice to keep an instagram with photos and nice texts. But what should be the name? Our little place of happiness was born. → little house, little things matter, happiness.

We are grateful for meeting each other. You would think that Ibiza brought us together, but what really brought us together is the choice to choose for our own happiness. Before we met, we individually went through our own process. That has ensured that we were both ready to start a new relationship. And now we live and work together and have two dogs, Bodhi and Buddha. It can go fast when you make a choice in life.

At Our Little Place of Happiness we take you on our adventures that mainly take place in Ibiza. We share our conscious lifestyle that goes far beyond organic and organic food, because the earth and everything that lives on it has our full attention and love.
